*******BREAKING NEWS*******

Sailability Scotland SCIO are delighted to announce that, after a period of negotiation, we have a new home at Monklands Sailing Club.

We have room to store our dinghies, sail, socialise, and do maintenance. We are also in the process of setting up a Sailability group.

A few of us visited Monklands Sailing Club today to set up 4 of our Challengers. We even had a couple of sailors trying out the new venue.

Read the Yachts and Yachting press release here.

10 Sailors took part in the third event (SOCC) of the season at Solway Yacht Club. The winds threatened to repeat last year's abondment on Saturday. Thankfully, after a one hour delay, we got on the water for some fine sailing amongst testing conditions with the strong tide. If you have never sailed at Kippford, it really is a beautiful place to visit.

Congratulations for the overall victory go to Graham Hall of Rutland Sailing Club.
